Angela (Angie) Garrotto is a professional Reiki practitioner. She also owns and operates her own Yoga Studio – Earth and Herbs Arizona – where she teaches Yoga Classes. Following her own sobriety journey in 2004, Angie decided to serve her community by promoting wellness and energy healing. Now, she looks forward to directly serving the community here at Wolf Creek Recovery.

Angie is certified in Reiki, Yoga and Transcendental Meditation. She believes strongly in these alternative healing practices and their ability to heal the mind and body by improving energy flow, relaxing the mind and decreasing anxiety and depression symptoms. These benefits are especially helpful for individuals recovering from substance use, as they often suffer from complex emotions and low self-esteem.
