At Wolf Creek Recovery, we understand that addiction is more than a disease—it’s often rooted in trauma, disconnection, and unresolved life experiences. That’s why our personalized treatment programs combine evidence-based clinical care, holistic therapies, and lived-experience support to help clients rebuild meaningful lives.

Located in Prescott, AZ (serving nearby areas like Surprise, Mesa, and beyond), our center offers a full continuum of care—from detox referrals and residential housing to Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and extended care. Many of our clients benefit from supportive housing alongside therapy sessions, offering both structure and comfort.

How We Help You Heal

Our therapy toolkit includes CBT, DBT, MI, REBT, EMDR, brainspotting, and adventure/sports therapy—like camping, canoeing, and golf—to rebuild confidence, resilience, and joy.

Nearly half of our clients face both substance use and mental health challenges. We provide integrated treatment for anxiety, depression, OCD, bipolar disorder, trauma-related conditions, and grief through therapy and medication management.

We offer housing through PHP, IOP, and extended care programs. This structure allows clients to heal in a safe, supportive environment, with opportunities to build daily life skills and autonomy.

Our clinical team includes individuals in recovery who bring empathy, insight, and credibility to the healing process. They are deeply involved in admissions, programming, and outreach.

Graduation from rehab is a milestone, not an endpoint. We prioritize ongoing aftercare to support relapse prevention, strengthen coping skills, and ensure successful reintegration into everyday life.
